    Step 2: Get Licensed

    You will need to take pre-licensing courses to get your license. We recommend completing this step within the first 2 weeks to get your start date and onboarding. You’ll receive all the essential resources to get started with step-by-step instructions. Rest assured, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

    Step 3: Get contracted

    Our team will email you all the necessary documents to get contracted with each insurance carrier. Once you’ve completed this process, you’ll be ready to begin your training.

    Step 4: Get Trained

    Our training program is your blueprint to success with the results to show. Training is delivered in a small, intimate setting to ensure you receive personalized attention. Over the course of three days, we equip you with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed, empowering you to make your first sale right from the start.

    Step 5: Get Paid

    It’s time to start dialing! Join our live dial rooms, where you can observe top industry professionals closing sales and learn from their expertise in real time. You will continue to develop your skill set on a daily basis from our community of leaders

  • No — We welcome both experienced sales professionals and newcomers.

    Our industry-leading training program will equip you with everything you need to succeed, from learning the sales process to understanding life insurance products.

    Many of our top agents had no prior experience but were coachable, driven, and willing to put in the work.

  • Although preferred, you do not need a license to apply, but you will need to obtain one before selling policies.

    We will guide you through the licensing process and provide resources to help you pass your state exam quickly.

  • The licensing process is self-paced and typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your state and how fast you want to start.

    Most agents complete it within a few days by dedicating time to study and pass the exam efficiently.

  • The only upfront cost you will have to get started is the licensing costs.

    These costs vary by state, typically ranging from $150–$300, which includes your exam fee and background check.

    However, many agents recoup these costs within their first sale. We also provide free study materials and tips to help you pass on your first attempt and free training and starter leads when you pass.

  • Yes! Our agents work 100% remotely, conducting client appointments via Zoom or phone.

    This means you have the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining control over your schedule.

    We also have a main office in Tampa, FL and you are always welcomed to go in, meet other agents, and be in a positive work environment.

  • Agents receive a 1099, not a W-2, as they are independent business owners. If you have questions about handling your taxes, we can guide you through the process.

  • Our compensation is commission-based, meaning you earn money every time you help a client secure a policy. Commissions are paid directly by the insurance carriers, and agents also have access to performance-based bonuses and leadership overrides as they grow.
